IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards
Für den deutschen Mittelstand ist es ein Muss, sich von der bisherigen Rechnungslegung nach HGB zu lösen und die IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards einzuführen. Zwar tut sich selbst die U.S.-Börsenaufsicht SEC mit ihren speziellen US-GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) schwer, doch der Druck wächst auch dort. Es wird auch für die Kleinen Unternehmen Zeit, sich umzustellen, damit ihre Zahlen international vergleichbar werden und nicht mehr prinzipiell schlechter gerechnet werden. Zwar wurde für Kleine und Mittlere Unternehmen die IFRS SME erstellt, jedoch sind diese rein freiwillig und haben keine rechtliche Wirkung wie die Full IFRS. Hinsichtlich der Offenlegung im Bundesanzeiger kann nicht ohne Weiteres der (Full-)IFRS-Abschluss statt des HBG-Abschlusses verwendet werden.
